allows users to securely connect supported email accounts,
including Gmail accounts, and manage email information through
a unified interface.

We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to
protecting personal information and Google user data accessed
through Huahui Mail Center.

This Privacy Policy describes what information may be accessed,
why it is accessed, how it is used, how it is protected, and
the choices available to users.

2. Information We May Collect or Access

Huahui Mail Center only accesses Google user data after a user
explicitly authorizes the application through Google’s OAuth
consent process.

Depending on the features enabled and permissions granted by
the user, Huahui Mail Center may access the following

Google user data accessed by Huahui Mail Center is used only
to provide functionality requested or authorized by the user.

Huahui Mail Center’s use and transfer to any other application
of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the

Use requirements.

Access to Google user data is limited to the purposes necessary
to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent
in the Huahui Mail Center interface and that the user has
requested or authorized.

5. OAuth Authentication and Authorization

Huahui Mail Center uses Google’s OAuth authorization process
to connect Google accounts.

Users authenticate directly with Google. Huahui Mail Center
does not require users to provide their Google passwords
directly to Huahui Mail Center.

Google determines which permissions are displayed on the OAuth
consent screen based on the permissions requested by Huahui
Mail Center.

Users may choose whether to grant the requested authorization.

6. Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens

When a user authorizes Huahui Mail Center, Google may issue an
access token and, where applicable, a refresh token.

Access Tokens

Access tokens are used to authenticate authorized Google API
requests on behalf of the user.

Refresh Tokens

Refresh tokens may be used to obtain new access tokens so that
authorized features continue functioning without requiring
the user to repeatedly authenticate.

OAuth tokens are treated as sensitive credentials and are
protected using appropriate technical and organizational
safeguards.

7. Data Storage

Huahui Mail Center may store information necessary to operate
the service, maintain account connections, provide requested
email functionality, support application security, and
troubleshoot service issues.

Depending on the application configuration, stored information
may include:

• connected email account identifiers;
• email addresses;
• OAuth authorization information;
• encrypted OAuth tokens;
• application configuration information;
• mailbox metadata necessary for application operation;
• security and operational logs.

Huahui Mail Center seeks to minimize the amount of Google user
data stored and only retain information necessary for the
application’s legitimate functionality.

8. Email Content

Email content may be retrieved from Gmail when a user requests
to view or manage an email message through Huahui Mail Center.

Huahui Mail Center does not sell email content and does not use
email content for advertising purposes.

Email content is accessed only for functionality authorized by
the user.

9. Sharing of Information

Huahui Mail Center does not sell Google user data.

We do not share Google user data with third parties except
where necessary for legitimate service operation, where
required by law, or where the user has explicitly authorized
such sharing.

Service providers that process information on our behalf must
only process that information for authorized purposes and
must apply appropriate confidentiality and security
safeguards.

10. Advertising

Huahui Mail Center does not use Gmail message content,
Google user data, or Google OAuth data for advertising.

Google user data is not sold to advertisers, advertising
networks, data brokers, or other parties for advertising
purposes.

11. Data Security

Huahui Mail Center uses reasonable technical and
organizational measures to protect user information and
Google user data.

Security measures may include:

• HTTPS encryption for network communications;
• restricted access to application systems;
• access control and authentication mechanisms;
• secure handling of OAuth credentials;
• encryption or equivalent protection for sensitive data;
• system logging and security monitoring;
• security updates and vulnerability remediation;

No system can guarantee absolute security. However, we take
reasonable precautions appropriate to the sensitivity of the

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Google user data only for
as long as necessary to provide Huahui Mail Center services,
satisfy legitimate operational or security requirements, and
comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information that is no longer required will be deleted,
anonymized, or otherwise securely disposed of where

13. Disconnecting a Google Account

Users may disconnect a Gmail account from Huahui Mail Center
through functionality provided within the application where
available.

Disconnecting an account stops Huahui Mail Center from using
that connection for future Gmail API requests, subject to the
completion of any necessary account disconnection process.

14. Revoking Google Authorization

Users may revoke Huahui Mail Center’s access to their Google
account at any time through their Google Account security
settings.

After authorization is revoked, Huahui Mail Center will no
longer be able to make authorized Google API requests using
the revoked authorization.

Revoking Google authorization may cause Gmail-related
functionality in Huahui Mail Center to stop working.

15. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of personal information and Google
user data associated with their Huahui Mail Center account,
subject to applicable legal and legitimate security
requirements.
